Services
Alignment Checks
Precision alignment checks ensure shafts and machinery are correctly positioned, reducing wear, vibration, and downtime.

3D Measurements
Accurate 3D measurements using Laser Trackers and Total Stations, with comprehensive Spatial Analyzer reports.

Engineering
Tailored engine mounting designs for both new builds and refits using AutoCAD and ShaftDesigner.

Mounting Solutions
Time for a refit?
We provide complete support for the exchange of both engine and gearbox mounts. From safe removal and precise replacement to final alignment and setting in chocking compound, we ensure every step is handled with care and accuracy. Depending on your vessel’s needs, we work with both rubber and steel mounts to deliver the best combination of stability, durability, and performance.
Alignment Services
Using state-of-the-art laser equipment, we perform precise measurements across a wide range of marine and industrial applications, including:
-
Standard shaft alignment – engines, gearboxes, generators, pumps, etc.
-
Cardan shaft alignment – e.g. azimuth propellers
-
Straightness measurement – line bores, stern tubes, rudderstock bearings, and more
-
Flatness measurement – machine foundations, crane pedestals, thruster flanges, etc.

Mounting Kits
A mounting kit is a complete, engineered package for chocking and mounting machinery. It includes chocking products (RotaChock® or Loctite Fixmaster), mounting hardware, fitted bolts if needed, spherical spacers, and torque calculations according to Classification Society standards.
Shaft Designer
FEM-model
We specialize in creating high-precision FEM (Finite Element Method) models using Shaft Designer to accurately simulate and analyze shaft systems.
Our detailed FEM models provide a powerful foundation for evaluating structural integrity, vibration behavior, and dynamic performance across a wide range of operating conditions.
Whether for marine propulsion shafts, industrial drive systems, or rotating machinery, our models capture every critical detail — from geometry and material properties to bearing supports, couplings, and load conditions.
